Eagle took the Q late Friday, so there wasn’t much time for careful planning. The result? A good old-fashioned Bag of Fun.
We joined the Rapho PAX for the opening Double Down, not a “warm-up,” before the Maintenance Crew headed off to do our thing.

Quote of the Morning
While the PAX were doing Carolina Dry Docks, Herm said walking up behind a group of men in that position “didn’t look too good.”
Oddly enough, though, he didn’t look away either.
Walking & Talk – 15 Minutes
Finished up with some good conversation before rejoining the Rapho PAX for COT and Coffeeteria.
Sometimes a Q has a carefully developed workout plan.
Sometimes Eagle gets the Q late Friday and shows up Saturday morning with a bag full of exercises.
Either way, the Maintenance Crew got the work done.
