The Thang started with a banger as we brought Sally back… it’s only 30 merkins

  5. 5m AMRAP: Single Leg Step Up (switch legs OYO)    EMOM: 5 Burpees
  6. 5m AMRAP: Block Rows       EMOM: 10 Merkins

6MOM…more like 2MOM, but we got in Windshield Wipers and Flutter Kicks before time was called.

 

Moleskin: We were able to park in the lot again, and the trek to the pavilion was less covered. There was no running in the workout today, but we were still able to get the heart pumping. Hopefully, everyone wakes up tomorrow feeling that good soreness and a little swole.
