Thang: Pax took turns leading the group around the park and neighborhood with different modes of transport and exercises of their choosing. Each circle of pain included 15 merkins, 15 squats, and 25 SSH’s as well. Six pax led MOT’s (including mosey, bear crawling, mosey, burpee broad jump, mosey, and mosey) and exercises (including heels to heaven, dips, monkey humpers and hello dolly snow angels in Trojan’s front yard, lunge walk, and bear crawling)
