The Thang
To celebrate national forklift safety day, we picked up cinder blocks and put them down in various ways
We split into two teams and took turns. One team did an exercise, the other team did different modes of transportation from the baseball fence to the infield. Teams switched once the 6 was in.
Round 1- thrusters and run/ backwards run
Round 2- block curls and murder bunnies/ redrum bunnies
Round 3- ww3’s and bear crawl/crawl bears
Round 4- air squats and karaoke run
Round 5- block merkins and broad jump/backwards run
The guys crushed it this morning. I on the other hand barley survived my own Q haha, but I’ll be back for more next week💪
