How this works is you perform the exercise with the block once done with your reps leave your block run around the cones, Once you back at your block. Crawl, bear, drag, to the next station. Exercise to the rep count , leave block run around the cones. Back to your block Crawl bear drag to the next station, Exercise to the rep count. Leave your block, run around the cones. Back to block Bear Crawl to the last station. Exercise. Leave your block and run around the cones. Back to your block. Run it back until you finish all stations again. Everyone finished. Great work everyone
