
We warmed up with the Rapho PAX, but collectively decided to leave immediately once Caterpillar signaled the start of the Motivator. The Maintenance Crew believes in low-impact fitness, controlled movements, and avoiding unnecessary trauma before 0800, so we made our tactical retreat, headed out, and did our Maintenance Crew warm-up, the Slowsie to the other pavilion.
The Thang – Mug of Fun
Today’s workout was powered entirely by Eagle’s Coffeeteria Mug of Fun. Each PAX took turns drawing an exercise from the mug and then leading the group through it.

Walking Progression
- Minute 1: Walk + 1 Squat
- Minute 2: Walk + 2 Squats
- Minute 3: Walk + 3 Squats
Continue adding one squat every minute until the 15-minute mark.
Oneshot completely ignored the intended workout and beast-moded the progression by doing burpees instead of squats because normal suffering was insufficient 🙂
