10 Penalty Burpees
-one pax in the middle, complete 7 blockees. Rotate through with each Pax taking a turn in “the arena.” All other PAX complete called exercise AMRAP until all PAX have completed blockees. Rinse and repeat through all exercises.
(After round 1 we made some adjustments due to amount of time it took to go around…so, we changed to 4 blockees and a second pax entered the arena when the first pax hit 2 blockees. This enabled us enough time to get through all the exercises)
