THE THANG:

Carry blocks out by the soccer net.

 

Set 1: 20 burpees, 10 blockies, 20 curls, 25 WW3. Carry blocks to the pavilion.

 

Set 2: 20 incline merkin, 20 block squat, 30 thrusters. Block drag to hill by the  playground.

 

Set 3: 20 burpees, 10 blockies. Leave blocks and mosey over to the pit. 5 burpees, crawl bear up the hill, 5 burpees, bear crawl down the hill.

 

Mosey back for COT.
