The Thang:

Rifle Carry blocks to field…Line up in a circle…

 

Grass was very wet, so Hydro-Hand-Release-Burpees (x3) per Brushfire’s suggestion!

I tried to explain the work out…but Caterpillar was there…so…

Split up into 3 teams of 7…

 

Every PAX on each team has to complete every exercise. Cannot have 2 or more PAX doing the same exercise at the same time.  When done with your reps, pick up the 6 or hold a low plank until everyone on your team is done with their reps….

 

Murder Bunyan…Murder Bunny, but on each rep, jump squat with axe chop motion

Babe The Blue Ox…Bear Crawl, but drag block with feet

 

  • Murder Bunyan out (approx. 25ish yards), swing Maul (x3) at log (if other PAX gets there before you, low plank at safe distance)…Babe the Blue Ox back to team
  • Block Curls (x22 IC)
  • Thruster (x22 SC)
  • Run to Pavilion…Dips (x22 IC)
  • WWIII (x22 SC)
  • Merkin (x22 IC)
  • Monkey Humper (x22 IC)
  • Run to Pavilion…Mario (x22 SC)
  • Burpee (x22 SC)
  • LBC (x22 IC)

 

Whichever team got through all 10 exercises won…Team 3 won…Prize was Bunyan’s flannel shirt! Although, Trojan put the shirt on earlier and did his best Chris Farley impression…Fat guy in a little coat!

 

-Rifle carry back to flag…Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama w/ naming 2 FNG’s!
